1.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

1.3 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 9974239629 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA number.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 6 business days.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 6 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2.2 Refund Amount

  • Your refund will include the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax, minus any shipping or handling charges.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the unwanted item per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
